About the Program
This is a 5-year+ commitment program designed for European nurses who want to become fully qualified Operating Room (OR) specialists in the Netherlands.

The program includes:

First 2 years: Work as a Registered Nurse in Dutch hospitals while improving your Dutch language and clinical skills.
- Next 2–2.5 years: Formal OR specialization training. Nurses who already have relevant experience may complete the specialization in a shorter time.
Upon completion, you will be a certified OR specialist, fully qualified to work in the operating room in the Netherlands.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a European country
- European nationality
- Minimum B1 level in English (Dutch language learning will be part of the program)
- Willing to relocate to the Netherlands for at least 5 years. (preferably longer)
- Motivated to specialize in surgical nursing
